Comexim Email Updates
I emailed Comexim last week asking if some alterations in my size would be possible, as I’ve never ordered from them directly before and don’t know how the whole process works (but I have ordered direct from Anna Pardal enough to know Comexim sometimes doesn’t do multiple requested alterations, so I wanted to try to maximize my chances by talking to them).
I ordered in English because my Polish really isn’t great, but I haven’t heard anything back and it’s been nearly a week. Could this be due to the holidays? Has anyone had luck getting replies from Comexim lately? Do they always take this long to respond?

Lol don’t worry, I’ve emailed them three times from November, still haven’t heard and I’m polish so wrote my message in polish. Hope they will reply to me within next three months 😅😅
I also sent them a message last week asking about alterations. I haven't heard anything yet. When I've emailed them previously the response has usually been pretty quick ~2 days
