Measurements questions

So I finally got around to redoing my measurements a few hours ago, since my size and shape has changed some in the last 4-ish months. I feel like I am possibly changing again to the point where I felt like it should be done sooner rather than later. For the most part, any changes are relatively minor and only varying in half of an inch or so which really is speculative in some cases. Per my last post about subtle changes between the current measurements and previous ones, I’m not that fussed by the half inch or less differences. I also tried to be a bit critical in assessing my current fit bras so that the ones that clearly fit vs don’t fit were adjusted from when it/they used to fit. It’s the borderline ones that gave me trouble as I expected.

But I noticed in getting my recommendations that the results were initially 28F - 28FF - 30F but then settled on 30F - 30FF. Anyone have any idea what happened with that? Which one is right? I’m guessing that it’s the latter, although I think it’s probably a bit of both results depending on the band stretchiness and cup depth.

Secondly, while my index size on my profile shows 30:7, the listings still has a search for 30:6 which is likely to only fit me in something like a Cleo Kayla or maybe Hettie or other really deep cups). Any idea what is causing the disparity between the profile and listings page?

  • My recommendations vary from 28G to 32GG, I just don't really pay attention to calculator sizes anymore.. NONE get it right.

  • Also I think bratabase recommendations depend heavily on bra measurements. Sometimes it will recommend several different sizes within a brand because the measurements of the bra indicate it might run small or large or tts. I THINK. I am not sure, that just seemed the most logical answer.
