Bra Obsessed - What's up with Jamie?
I emailed Jamie a while ago, asking her fit questions about EM and Comexim. I never heard back. I ordered 2 EM bras from her anyway. When I didn't get any kind of shipping notice, I called and emailed her and got a response along with a tracking number. The bras showed up, they didn't fit, so I sent them back. I sent her an email letting her know that I was returning them and that I would take an exchange if she had my size. I never heard back from her. I haven't heard back from her if she got the bras back, or if I got my refund or anything.
Is this normal for her customer service? It sucks.
I am wondering if she is moving or going through something because she also hasn't added anything new to her site in months...

Yes she has had some issues I think, as she wasn't very responsive to my e-mails either. I think sherrach898 had more info about it.

I am currently having the same problem. I ordered an EM bra from her and emailed her to see if she had a larger size. No response. So I sent it back via Canada post. I emailed her to let her know. No response. Still waiting on the refund. Sigh. Let me know how this works out for you.
