Curvy Kate SS13 Bikini tops with new cut?

Today I got a Curvy Kate Pebble Padded Bikini Top (CS6011). I love my Bondi Breeze so much, I even wear it in Summer as a bra! It' that supportive. I never had a Bikini that was supportive like a real bra. Anyway I wanted another one and since I like polka dots it had to be the Pebble from SS13 collection.

CK Bondi Breeze in 32J runs about 2 cups sizes big. That's why I thought I get the Pebble 32JJ this time since I'm paranoid of buying too small bras.
But big surprise! 32JJ Pebble is smaller on me than 32J Bondi!!! WTF?! Couldn't
they just stick to their sizing??? It's like I'm doomed to always buy the wrong bras / sizes!? :(

Also they changed the cut!!! Bondi has taller cups and more shallow. Pebble has deeper cups (depth were I don't really need it) and are lower, means cup edge cuts into my boobs - where Bondi just "covers" them and does not cut in! Also the wings are much lower on Pebble!
I want the old cut back!!! >:( Now I have to pay return postage to UK and exchange postage too since it's an Ebay purchase. If someone is interested in buying the 32JJ from me, please message me until next monday.

  • That sucks! I hate sizing inconsistencies. :(

I'm considering getting a bondi breeze, but I'm not sure what size to get. I haven't tried Curvy Kate in a long time.

  • I made a comparison between Bondi Breeze in 32J and Pebble blue dot in 32JJ:

ashewyn Bondi Breeze runs about 1-2 cups big, it depends how you want your Bikinis to fit (more cleavage or more like a usual bra) but still I advice going down at least 1 cup from your usual size.
Band is rather tight. And beware - the matching briefs run big, don't size up!
