I notice the size chart shows 60A-H up to 120A-G but you listed a smaller range. Do they not offer the full range shown on their size chart, or is it style or model dependent like Ewa's selections?
Their site actually answered my question! They do offer the extended sizes from their chart but not for every model they sell.
The mint (I so want!) has a 60B-60H available:
