I am sorry to hear that :( For me, thick straps and at least 3 hooks on the back work to relieve back, neck and shoulder pain. Make sure you have a nice supportive band!
I dont think she's found her right size yet - do you have any bras that come near fitting? have you tried wearing a 'small' sports type bra in the meanwhile? or doing a fit request with pictures?
