I have written Kaska 2 emails in 2 weeks about placing a custom order and have not received responses at all. It's unusual...
Is anyone else having (or not having) luck?
Maybe they're so busy?

My last email to them was on March 3rd & I received a reply Mar 5th. The Lingerie show was last weekend so maybe the lack of reply was due to prepping for that and then got overlooked?
That was my thinking too, so i sent another this morning...let's see
