Sleep bras
It was difficult for me to sleep braless in the past. I used some Curvy Kate Daily Dream that was 1 band bigger than I usually wore as a sleep bra. When that bra broke (I put it in the washing machine accidentally) I started to sleep braless and it was okay. Now that my size has changed I find sleeping braless not comfortable anymore.
Recently I often wake up with neck pain and back pain I don't know why I was able to sleep braless in my 34L days but now at around 32JJ/K I suddenly have problems again? I have to say that I don't own any bra that fits currently and some ill - fitting bras already give me pain during the day… so I hope my sleep issues will get better once I'm in a good fitting bra during the day
I have high hopes in this Bravissimo Sleep bra that is on it's way to me. It comes up to K cups now! At least the navy colorway. Finally!
Do you use any special sleep bras? Or wear even a regular bra to sleep? Or no bra? I'm curious.

No bra to sleep. Ever. 65G in Ewa Michalak, but they're ahem enhanced.
I currently wear Decent Exposures bras as sleep bras.

I also have two Ewa Sleep Tops but they were discontinued & thus no longer available. They are supposed to be releasing a new version, Top Zamaste, which was previewed on Instagram last year. It looks promising, if it is ever released.
