Hello! This is my first post here. I was quite excited to find this site since while I do have a lovely bra shop in my town, they can be quite pricey and don't carry every fabulous bra that exists. I bought my first properly fitting bra, the Freya Deco (4234) in a 34F, a few months ago. I've been wearing it pretty much every day since I don't have a lot of extra cash right now and I've been very hesitant about buying bras online lest they shouldn't fit.
I think my Deco fits pretty well, though the band has stretched a bit (to be fair, I accidentally put it on wet one morning and ran out the door...). I'm not sure I could tolerate an entire band size down, though. It is about as tight a fit on my left breast as possible without quadboobing/being too small; the right breast is a bit smaller. My underbust is roughly 33.5-34 and my bust is roughly 41.5-42, depending on the day, and most calculators put me in a 34F, FF, or G. I know I can look up individual bras on this site, which is helpful, but I sometimes have to do something like the Kevin Bacon game to get back to the Deco. So what I am wondering is this: how does the Freya Deco compare in cup and band to other big name brands (generally) like Freya, Panache, Curvy Kate, etc? I'm just trying to figure out roughly what sizes I ought to order. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers! xx

Hi PineupFaery, welcome to Bratabase! :) As for the Freya Deco (or rather, Freya bras in general), the band infamously runs a full band size too loose, so it is definitely not a bad idea at all to size down to a 32 band. I'm not experienced in the matter of general size comparisons between brands, but in general Freya's wires tend to be on the narrow side and CK is definitely wide (although the newer collections are supposedly less wide). I'm not 100% sure about Panache as I hear wires are different between models. Understanding your breast shape is a fundamental part of bra fit :) Hope this helps! <3
For a lot of women the Deco runs a cupsize big too (maybe due to deepness) so you might wand to try a 34F/FF and 36E/F in other brands :)
