Hi all i have been recommend 28F - 28FF - 28G - 30F - 30FF - 30G over here. However I have a feeling that it could be far from accurate. I’m rather comfortable cup wise in Marks & Spencer 32D and there has never been a bra band that was small enough for me. All 30bands ive tried were definitely too loose. Also, all the 30DD bras i own from Boux Avenue and Aimerfeel etc cause quadding and chaffing at the underarm. Could anybody please give me a perhaps more personalised size recommendation? Perhaps also through looking at the pics I’ve uploaded.

Your rib measurement of 26.4” says a 28 band would be ideal. As to what cup would be best really depends on the brand and style though. As a general guideline, if you are most comfortable in the Marks & Spencer 32D (32:4) cup wise, a 28:6 or roughly a 28E UK would be the size I’d recommend starting with.
The issue is that every brand has a different sizing approach so a 28E in one brand can be very different from a 28E in another, and different styles tend to have different volumes, so a 28E plunge can fit very differently than a 28E half cup. Since the 30DDs you mentioned you were quadding in, this shows that sister sizing doesn’t always work out either, especially across different brands and styles.
With that in mind, trying a few in a 28E (28:6), 28F (28:7), 28FF (28:8) would be a good idea. You can check the measurements of those index sizes to compare to the measurements of your bras to get a better idea of which ones would be more likely to fit.
