Ugly bra hell - post surgery
Adventures are few and far between lately. I've been noticing it also DarianaWheeland and I miss reading everyone's ups and downs.
In an effort to make everyone laugh and lead into a story, I figured I'd post a photo of the absolutely stunning bra that I have been wearing since Tuesday night and will have to wear for the next 2 weeks.
My God it's ugly.
I am doing well. Don't worry. I had to get my breast lift "adjusted".
History:
My breasts have never been large - (32C/30D) before kids and my right one was always slightly larger and lower.
During pregnancy they enlarged of course and while nursing they were much larger (30DDD) and my right breast was always engorged 2 sizes bigger with milk. It hung low and heavy all the time. I couldn't even wear a nursing bra.
After I stopped nursing and lost the 40lbs I gained, I was left with little eggs in socks and my right breast hung almost 2" lower than the left.
I spent 8 years wearing double padded bras with extra cookies on the left and never wanting to take off my bra.
Back in October I decided to have surgery to correct my very uneven and deflated breasts: I had a masoplexy (breast lift) on my right side and augmentation on both sides with 450cc silicone gel implants. I went from a padded 30C to an unpadded 30FF/65G.
Best thing ever. Halleluyah!!!
However, as the human body is not an object, how it reacts and changes can not always be predicted. My Dr. decided it would be better to have to lift my right one again, another little bit if it settled too deep, rather than lifting it too high on the first try.
So, 5 months after the initial operation, my right breast was still heavier and lower than my left, with a vertical scar that had not healed properly, so we decided to take another shot at it and do a revision surgery.
Consequently, here I am. Deep in ugly post-surgical bra land for 2-3 weeks. Then it's wireless time for 2-3 weeks. I have a Panache Andora Wirefree from the last time and I ordered Ava Libby too (review to come).
I'm posting photos so you can admire my bra (LMFAO), see what marvels surgery can accomplish as well as to show the process.
