Inane Bra Ramblings! :)
Man you guys... I am so jealous of all of these beautiful new bras I see on here, lol! I wish I had soooo much money, I would seriously spend a crapton on bras for myself and anyone who was having trouble finding a bra that fits. I can't wait to see the new Gorsenia models; I am super eager to keep trying that brand, especially after seeing all of AprilGoulding's gushing posts!
Do you ever see people who are so obviously wearing an ill-fitting bra and you just want to go up and start launching into your bravangelizing? I think I'd get arrested or something if I did that to random people, haha! But hopefully you all get what I mean.
I'm also impatient for my Kris Line bikini to show up! It's supposed to be here on Friday but I want it NOW. I TRULY hope it fits me! I've been scouting the web for some cute, retro high waist bottoms to pair with the green top, but I'm holding off on ordering anything in case the top doesn't fit. Everyone send good bra fit vibes my way!
Anyways, just had a bunch of bra-related thoughts in my head that I figured I could share here. :3

All day, every day, I am thinking about bras.
Every day I scope the sales and find discounts. I HATE paying full price for anything. I always wait for end of season (unless it's something that I love so much it keeps me up at night - like Kris Line's new Kyra collection for the fall. I have already ordered :P )
I LOVE finding "old stock" in stores in Europe (EBay). I found a Gorsenia bra from 2015...WITH matching panties...and nearly fainted when it arrived from Germany. It was sooooo gorgeous!! Gorsenia used to do intricate embroideries back then...
I know about sales at Gorsenia, Kinga, Samanta, Ewa Bien, etc even before Magda does.
It's a terrible addiction.
But...I have loved lingerie since I was a teenager and NEVER had a bra that fit me properly before Bratabase and Poland and Ewa Michalak and @Magdabras4you came into my life.
If me experimenting and trying and measuring and reviewing helps even ONE person find a bra that makes them feel like a million bucks, then my time (and money) will be well-spent.
I also often make utterances under my breath about women's poor fitting bras.
My weightloss clients all have to send me weekly progress pics in underwear or bikinis and I am constantly telling ALL of my female clients: "Go get a decent bra, for God's sake. Just that will make you look and feel 10 pounds lighter!"
I send them ALL to get measured and help them shop online afterwards.
I remind them after every 10 pounds lost to check the fit of their bra.
I made my mother crazy the last time she was here. I made her try on 5 bras...she was exhausted. "How many should I try?" MANY Mom. A LOT. You will keep going until we find one that fits you properly (a 65G/GG wearing 75C. barf!!)
I took her to a local store. She found one that fit and she liked. But she wanted more than 1.
After almost giving up, the day before she had to leave, a package arrived on my doorstep containing a blue Gorsenia semi-soft called "Tatoo" that I had ordered to experiment with Gorsenia's sister sizing.
I convinced her to try it and it fit like a dream!
She immediately asked me to ask Magda to order her another one (Forever Blue) and told me she would like me to buy her another one for her birthday.
BTW - in my size Gorsenia's sister sizing is SPOT ON.
I usually wear 65G but a 70F soft cup fit me perfectly - just had to use the second hook. Unlike my Mom, their semi-softs DON'T fit me. Too open on top.
Good luck with your bikini top. I LOVE the colour!! LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Doll Swimwear in California has the BEST bathing suits EVER!! You will probably find a bottom there to match.
P.S. Gorsenia has bat-shit crazy gorgeous stuff coming in the fall. Black with metallic threads, baby blue with silver, burgundy and emerald green with beige/nude mesh, navy with red flames...I can't wait either :)
