Bravissimo's Own Brand?
Thus far in my bra fitting journey, aside from some forays into Ewa Michalak bras, I've pretty much stuck with things which are either very cheap from ebay (so I'm not too bothered if they aren't great), or things which I can try on in person.
As I don't have any real desire to keep ordering from Ewa Michalak if I can possibly work around it (despite my feelings that an S bra in the correct size would be about as good as it gets), I've been browsing the Bravissimo site to see what options I have. I'm hoping that maybe some bustier ladies can give me some insight on bras which don't totally suck in my size range. I'm looking at getting something around a 30K (maybe a 32K if it's a bit shallow, or a 28K/30JJ if it happens to be very deep/generous), which has deep cups, moderately short wires, and quite narrow wires. My ideal wire width seems to be around 15.5cm, and anything over about 17cm becomes painful/ridiculous. Other things that I want include straps which aren't too wide set, and not too much side coverage, as my boobs are very high up on my chest. I'm slightly fuller on the top than the bottom, and have a very narrow, short root with heaps of projection.
Is there anything which would be worth me trying out? I'm just not super familiar with the offerings, so I'm not sure whether anything would be worth a go. I want to be reasonably certain that the bra is going to fit tolerably, as sending things back to the UK is very expensive. The answer 'there is nothing really suitable' is one which I am sort of expecting, but I figure it's worth asking.

I think the best place to start is Bravissimo Boudoir Beau (PA07) . Short and narrow wires, very snug band, runs true to size. It is deep and very high coverage so I am pretty sure 30K may be too large for you.
It looks promising! The fact that the bra is quite low on alisa at the sides makes me think that it may not be physically painful for me to wear. The 30JJ looks like it may be a good size, based on the measurements. I don't mind full coverage (well... you'd know that by now because of the nature of my bra alterations :P), so this could be a good option.
Actually- alisa, when you get back from your bratabase hiatus, do you still have that bra? I don't even mind if it's a bit worn out, the 30JJ looks like it could be good for me (as Bravissimo are jerks who apparently don't see the need to sell 28 bands above a J cup)
Also pinging cellosubmarine - same thing. If you don't want your bra any more and you still have it (though it looks like it actually fitted you so you may love it dearly), I'd be interested in buying it from you.
