I've gained about 40 lbs, and none of my bras fit all that well anymore. I can kinda make some of them work by using a bra extender on the loosest hooks, but by the end of the day my ribs are killing me. So I'm gearing up to start getting new bras again, and just emailed Comexim with some questions.

Last year I tore my xiphoid and surrounding chest muscles, though, and every now and then the whole area still gives me trouble. At some point I want to start looking for something besides the MeUndies bralette I have for those days. During those times, I can't handle underwire (especially at the gore). Any ideas?

  • What size are you looking at now?

  • Oh dear... Would you consider a front hooks longline ? The one I have in mind is smooth, no asperities, very uniform pressure distribution, well supportive.

Mine is very satisfactory even if, due to my body type, it trends to roll-up if I slouch. However great hold and no compression despite very good back and overall support. One or the rare longlines sthat actualy does what it says !
