Body and boobs keep changing!
When I first discovered the proper fitting bra, I was very solidly 30E or a 32DD. However, I have noticed that my body seems to keeps changing (err expanding honestly). For a while I was the same size in every aspect for years, but then I started working out rather intensely, and it seemed like everything expanded. My shoulders, chest, waist, hips. Everything! It finally leveled out, (or so I thought) and it was at that point I decided to measure my bra size. I had been wearing 32C and found out I was actually a 30E / 32DD. Rejoicing and reveling in the glory of having bras that fit, I researched and naturally stocked up...Except...the expansion continues it seems. I noticed that I was looking a little bit busted biscuit can-esque in the chest in a photo, so I remeasured myself. Now my measurements are showing up as a 32F/G or 32FF. Does anybody else keep expanding...and does it ever end?? Is it the working out or just getting older?? or will I have to keep buying more bras? wahh so many questions!!

I think it's normal for sizes to fluctuate, I mean our bodies change with age, weight, and exercise for sure. I too was thinking how wonderful to have found my size and sort of "stocked up" as well... only to realize now that it has changed a bit and I might have to size down some which sucks! I'm hesitant to "stock up" again and have it change, argh! It's only been a year since I found out my true size and how to measure... I feel you on that. I would say though that if you're concerned about the size changes it could be a good idea to get it medically checked out (?)... just for peace of mind.
I used to work out a lot and have a similar shape to you, during my heavy body building days, it was impossible to find a bra that fit...I usually just wore cami tops with a built in bra.
Part of what you may be seeing is the addition of pectoral muscle under the breast tissue resulting in the need for a larger cup size. Also if you are supplementing, you could be ingesting higher amounts of phytoestrogens which can cause breast growth.
After all these years of not working out I still have a lot of pectoral muscle, though softer and not as defined, and find that it's hard to tell where the breast tissue ends vs. the muscle. This makes it hard to get a bra that fits, so I look for bras with wide shallow cups that encapsulate all the tissue, not just the breast, which means a larger cup than I probably need.
