I'm an "E" cup!
I was out the other night with a few of my friends. There were a couple people there I didn't know very well, including one guy. One of my oldest, closest friends told us that she had just bought two new bras from La Vie en Rose (Canada). She was thrilled because they had "expanded their range", according to her, and now "went all the way up to E"! It took everything in me not to launch into a bravangelizing rant, because this gal is plus sized and very voluptuous. There's no way she's an "E" anything. I kept my mouth shut so I didn't cause an uncomfortable scene, but boy was it hard! How do you guys handle conversations like this that pop up at inopportune times? I had previously recommeded she measure herself on ABTF, but she hasn't...

I never say anything unless the other person mentions being in pain or having a hard time finding things that fit. Even if it matches those criteria I get a lot of disbelieving looks about band sizes, let alone cup sizes over DD. I tell folks you don’t add inches to your shoe size, that would be stupid. Why do you do it with a band? That helps sometimes. Cup sizes is harder, I haven’t figured out what to say other than using the math of it.
If I mention ABTF and they don’t want to measure themselves then I never bring it up again. That’s on them to continue being in pain.
Sovavosi that's sort of where I was at too... I had already previously mentioned ABTF and she didn't measure, so I played it safe and kept quiet.
