Figleaves order arrived

Panache Elsa 32K http://www.bratabase.com/browse/panache/elsa-6691/32K/pictures/: It does fit me a lot better than the 30K, since it’s not too small in the cups and band. I’m not sure about it. It’s kinda similar to other Panache balconettes in cut but it’s much less supportive! How can that happen? Ariza and Tango are more supportive. It feels like they put “weaker” wires into Elsa and made the overall construction less supportive and therefore less suitable for bigger sizes than other Panache bras!
--- I’ll send it back. I expected more, I rather exchange it for a Jasmine.

The print is so cute, but it the whole cut and construction is no good on me. If it weren’t for the cute polka dot print it would look like a full-cup bra! (and it’s labelled as a plunge!) I wouldn’t mind some higher coverage if the support was superb (like in a bra) but – those wires are too weak! It feels just a tad more supportive than my Freya Eden in the wrong size (36H) and much less supportive than my CK Bondi Breeze! I expect more from a Bikini with such a price tag! ---will get back probably

Freya Active http://www.bratabase.com/browse/freya-active/underwired-sports-bra-4002/32K/pictures/: (I'm in the nude one) If Bravissimo Dotty Spot were a sports bra… or I hardly ever wore a more pointy bra. Also those wires are super super wide. They are even too wide for me!
I have lots of empty space on the sides but not enough space on top-center! This causes quadboob and gore floating 3 cm away from my sternum! Also – honestly – I don’t think that these wires are strong enough anyway… I might could try a 34K but the wires will be even wider and the bra won’t give any support anymore. If it weren’t just for the pointy shape, I wouldn’t mind, but the whole construction is just so wrong for my boobs! –--- goes back asap

Usual CK issues striked like unstable construction, weak wires and the band--- worst quality band there are on the bra market, really!

And this was before I even tried it on! I thought this happens only if one wears the bra for a while. I guess someone wore it and returned it then. But what can I do now? If I send it back there is a chance they don’t accept it and say that I have worn the bra! (I only wore it briefly like I do with all bras I try and want to send back for taking pics and checking fit) Did someone ever had similar problems with figleaves? (I rather keep the bra that that they send it back to me again? )

Also I thought about exchanging Lotties wires with some old Panache Tango wires. The biggerst problem (besides the bad quality band) is that the wires are not supportive enough to fully support a 32K / 34K bust :/

Another question about figleaves exchange orders, can one "reserve" items like at Bravissimo there too? Or does your return has to reach them first? I only exchanged once at figleaves and then I just sent the item with the exchange form back. But if an item will be sold out until my parcel reaches them one should be able to reserve items? (but then if they do that, I don't think they'll reserve sale items, don't they?)
