Nessa Selena Soft try on in UK 30E and 30F

I ordered two of these at the local online store (and by "local" I mean "Russian lingerie store 7 timezones away from me") as those were only available to try on. Each of them costs about 70$. Retailer says those are basically unicorns, not bras, as they fit anyone even if no other bra fits. They made of high quality materials so bras would last longer. I was thinking to myself "girl you gotta stop buying those cheap bras invest in at least one of good quality" so I placed an order on May 27th hoping for the best.
Today my package arrived. I've had like 15 minutes to try them on and measure them so I can't really say much about band and wires... Sorry about that
My boobs: tall roots, evenly full when supported properly, self supporting, soft-ish tissue, close set, center full, pointy.
Band looks TTS to me, it doesn't stretch that much and it's made of somewhat thick but soft powermesh. Straps are thick and sturdy they surely won't get overstretched fast. Cups felt scratchy to me maybe they'd soften after a couple of washes though. With the 30E bra I had a slight in cup quadding and the same problem I have with Scantilly Surrender: top of the cup kind of slides down off my tall roots so I have a couple of wrinkles on top near the strap plus my nipple was a little higher than it should. Generally cup was a good fit but I decided to keep searching for a perfect fit. Cup depth of this bra was 23cm and cup width is 14cm.
30F was way too big in the cups as I measured 25.5cm cup depth and 14cm cup width. You can check full measurements for both of these bras on my profile.
So I'm still pretty confused about what to do with this information. Are those bras run TTS or not? Is 23 cm depth typical for 30E bras? I want to buy another model of this brand off Brastop and all I know it runs TTS. Here's this bra https://www.brastop.com/nessa-malwa-balconette-bra-fuchsia Also not sure if it could work with my tall roots and soft tissue... Or maybe is it better to try other shapes and brands? I'm so tired of those poor fitting bras tbh.
