Hi !

It is not really a bra adventure, it is more a fitting help. Sorry if I post in the wrong place.

I want to buy the strapless toffi, HP koktajl, and maybe a PL Onyx from Ewa Michalak, but I don't know what size.
I already own a CH Toffik in 70D, the band is perfect, the cups are too bigs ( but when I have "big boobs" before my periods the size is perfect, it is why I keep it). I think 70C is my normal size in this bra.
I read the CH Toffik runs big in the band, so do you think I need a 75 band (my ribcage is 72cm mesured very tight, 77-78cm loosely) ?
Do you know how are the cups in the HP, strapless and PL ? Do I need a cup size down like in the CH toffik ?
Do you think the plunge will cut in the breast tissue in the center ?

I know the best way to know what size I need is to try many bras, but your advices can help me (there is not a lot of Ewa Michalak bras in my size in bratabase, it is hard to compare with myself) !

Thank you very much

ps : my shape is the "shallow breast with broad base" (or something close to this shape), full on bottom and on the side. My boobs roots are very close together (it is why I want to buy from ewa michalak, I need a narrow center gore), with a wide and hight root (but my breast's roots are in the front of my chest, not under my armpits).

  • The Toffik does run huge in the band compared to the PL line. I'd say almost 1-2 band sizes, I wear it on the tightest clasp, and it could frankly be much tighter. The Ewa bras do have a nice narrow center gore, and the PL one is super low, so it doesn't dig into the sternum at all. The PL does seem to have really short straps.

  • I think you could wear a 75 band with some Ewa bras. (Sadly, I don't know which ones.) My advice would be to mess with 75C, 75B and 70C in comparision. I think you might neeed a 70C in one bra and a 75C in the other. Sadly with small cup sizes the sizing with Ewa can be a bit inconsistent, especially if you switch between cuts.

Ewa Plunges are really open at the rim of the cup, chances are high they will *not* cut in. The Ewa Plunges are the exception to the rule that most plunges cut in. Also the Ewa PLunges have wider wires in your size range than the CH cut, as a rule the PL cuts tend to work better in your size range than the CH cuts. I think Ewa bras could be your dream bras.

The PL Onyx can be difficult for sizing, bc the first batch of that bra came with a loose band and the second and third batch with a very tight band. Depending upon the bra you get, it can be too tight or too wide. PL Black might be the better choice in this regard.

    Hope this helps a bit.
