Sports Bras...

So I have my Panache Underwire bras for high intensity workouts with lots of jumping and sudden movement changes. Of course the downside of strapping things down tightly enough for that is that I can only wear a high impact sports bra for an hour or two. I need some more medium impact that I can wear for several hours. I'm a 34E UK pretty consistently, close set and center full, short rooted so I had to size down to 34DD in the Panache. Any ideas?

  • Brooks (previously Moving comfort) Fiona and Jubralee are great for medium impact in your size! I used to be 30G and wore 32E in these two sports bra. They are wireless and compression style, and easy to put on/off. I likes these for hiking and rock climbing. Comfortable enough to wear all day IMO. You may find them in regular sports store.
Change sports bra is similar, but it is more expansive and there is an horizontal seam in the middle of the cups that don't look great. Other than that, it's a very good sports bra! It has more coverage so I like to wear this one for yoga or any sports that you bend a lot and people can see my cleavage :p

  • There's a Nike bra that's super comfy and good for medium impact. It's this one: http://bra.pe/X1C8/

They have two different sizes, A-C cups and D-E cups. I would try the medium D-E cup for a 34E size.

I can wear this that all day long without problems! The clasp on the back with the hooks is padded and very soft, and the racerback doesn't hurt my shoulders.

Another super comfy bra is this Anita model: http://bra.pe/ME2d/

I would try the 75F or 75G, the smaller size might work since the cups are soft and accommodating IMO.
