What cuts can Ewa Michalak make into M cuts?
So Ewa's M cut bras are far and away my best fit, and I've been thinking of emailing Kaska and asking if they can make one of their padded bras in an M cut. Can they do this with any bra, or should I stick with browsing the padded, underwired ones? Also, does anyone have experience with or advice for Ewa Michalak custom orders like this?

She'll make most of the SFs and BMs as padded bras, I've gotten a few as PLs since I'm not too wild about the SF cut on me.
I know for a fact (well, as of June) she'll do Lady Di and Roz as M cuts since I asked for both of those myself.
The orders are pretty easy. You can just ask Kasia for whichever cut you want and she'll either tell you yes or no. Ewa is pretty accommodating for plunge cuts over CHPs so you should be in good shape for a lot of options. Most custom cuts are non-returnable, and she'll let you know if that's the case. They're also an additional 40pln.
