Ewa Michalak Returns
Has anyone every successfully returned something from the US? This is my second time mailing it back, it got returned to me several month’s after my first attempt. It then sat in customs in Poland from July until September 18th when they “attempted delivery” but it wasn’t delivered? At this point they’ve had my money for almost a year and I don’t have the bras, sigh ....

Did you follow their instructions for a return? How did you pay? Appeal to your bank, credit card or to PayPal. You probably will have to talk to someone (so a phone call could be best) to explain why you're trying to do a chargeback outside of the normal window. Explain that the merchant appears to be refusing the package or something on their end and that you can show tracking/other evidence of your good faith attempts to return the goods.
I followed return instructions both times. In between the 2 returns I emailed with the company to make sure I was doing it right. I sent them pics of the label and tracking. I don’t know why it’s being so difficult. I honestly don’t remember if I used PayPal but I can go check. I still have the entire email string starting with my asking if it was normal for it to sit in customs for over a month the first time I tried to send it back, so I’ll look up how I paid and see if I can get my money back if I don’t hear back from EM shortly. I emailed yesterday asking why my package wasn’t accepted but it’s the weekend so I’ll give them a few days.
