Ewa Michalak Return Update
Well, after attempting delivery of my return, my package is now back in the US and I can only assume on its way back to me. I have now paid internal shipping TWICE to return these bras, and followed the return instructions EXACTLY. On the second attempt I even contacted the company to make sure I was doing it right, and they told me to mark it as a gift on the customs form. I don’t feel I’m out of line in asking for a refund since I did everything properly and both times they either didn’t accept delivery of the package or weren’t there for it. But they have told me they won’t give me one until they have the bras. So now I’m out the hundred+ dollars in bras that don’t fit, plus two times international postage to Poland.
Moral of the story: if your in the US, be sure you’re ordering the right size because even if you do everything right there’s no guarantee you can get your money back. 😑

I know some companies can only accept returns that do not require signature etc.
and right now they seem to have suspended shipping with certain carriers in poland? so maybe it's because of this it just doesn't work as it should?? I'd definitely not blame Ewa for this.
I'd take it up to CS with the post service though, since they failed to deliver them you should not have to pay. chase those fees separately.
I’m so sorry that all happened. I’d definitely take it up with the postal carrier. As far as now having bras that don’t fit, list them online for sale. Every time I’ve listed and EM bra on EBay it’s sold super fast. You might have luck getting your money back that way.
