Comexim longline alteration

My Comexim order from Black Friday sales shipped yesterday, but I don't think I was charged for the longline alteration? They double checked that I knew altered bras weren't returnable in the beginning (I also requested the straps moved in) after I placed my order, and before I even ordered I had actually emailed to make sure I could get the bra made into a longline and they made sure I knew it would be an extra fee which was fine.

I was just wondering if this was normal or not? I'm going to be pretty sad if it didn't get made into a longline, but even if it did I want them to get their money because I feel like the cheapness of the black friday sales and the customizations is a robbery with how cheap they are lol

  • Have you checked your email (and junk folders)? Sometimes you have to pay seperately if there are changes to the order. If you're not sure just email them again and ask.

  • Just wanna say: I really love it when people want to pay their just fees instead of being like 'hey I lucked out, they didn't charge me'. So kudos to you!

    And yes I agree, I almost felt bad for ordering during their sale - and also using multiple alteration options. Thought I heard a rumor years ago of Comexim wanting to start charging for alterations (which seems very reasonable to me), but apparently most are still free! Kind of justified it for myself by ordering 3 sets instead of 2... (;

    For your fees; you can also wait 'til you receive the items - and then pay the fee if the longline did get done?

    Anyway, yay for you for being fair - and fingers & toes crossed that you'll receive the longline!!
