Another “ah-ha!” Moment
Holy cow I feel like an idiot right now!
Apparently, I’ve been over-tightening my straps, which was compromising the projection for some of my bras that I thought didn’t fit anymore. I actually discovered that some of my bras (Nessa!) are actually too BIG when they aren’t pulled upwards so much. I feel so silly right now, but it was a great learning moment. So now instead of quadding out of my bras, they fit perfectly fine again. 🤦♀️

Happens to me ALL the time, haha. Amazing the difference small adjustments can make!
It's amazing how much shallower the cups get when you tighten the straps. I have to be careful with it, since I need all the projection I can get. (I actually got some strap holders so I can leave the straps really loose and not have them slide around.)
So glad you realized that, though--it's nice when a bra thing just clicks and you figure out the problem.
