Let's talk about Panache. As a professional fitter I've been told about how hard the wires are, and didn't quite feel the difference when holding the bra, but having it on - yes, those are very hard wires. I recently learned that I can wear a 32 band, and was given plenty of 32s to try on by my colleagues, but my Andorra is so tight. I can wear it comfortably, but it's definitely on the smaller side of the "true to size" scale. What is up with this brand? The funny thing is that when I tried on the Andorra non-wired version the band wasn't as firm. I'm tempted to get one of those too.

  • Idk, b/c my heart (and my boobs) belong to Polish brands. lol. I need the narrow wires!

  • It's the wires. Grab a panache and any other brand know for softer wires (EM, Freya, whatever).

Hold the top of the wires of one cup. Gently but firmly pull them apart a little. Panache wires will immediately warp/twist due to the firmness. Other softer wires will flex a little first (moving with the pull) before warping.

On your body, that warp digs into your chest. For some, it simply feels firm. For others (like me) it digs in and becomes extremely painful, leaving scars if I wear it too long.
