So I returned my Natori Fatale to the local Nordstrom where I got it. Unfortunately, I was credited $3 less. While $3 isn't that much, it's the wrong amount because the cashier scanned the wrong tag, and then she didn't fix it! I keep all my bra tags together so I know where they are just in case I need to return them, and I was pulling them out to find the right one, but she just picked up the first one on top of the stack and scanned it - it also happened to be a Natori, although a different model. Since it was such a trivial amount and I was in rather a hurry, I didn't make a fuss, but I was kind of surprised when she said, "well, you don't want to return this other bra, right?" I said, "No, definitely not. I love that one." And she responded, "Good, because you probably won't be able to."
I wonder if I should file a complaint or a report or something. I mean, it's only $3 and I don't really need the money all that much, but I don't think this is a great habit to get into.

My personal bra shopping experiences in any Nordstrom (and I've been in many) had me convinced bra fitters were terribly frustrated, angry people.
In my opinion money is money and I wouldn't want to lose it. Had the SA been pleasant, it may be worth $3 to me. Since she was a grouch, I'd want my $3!
Well, the bra fitter was perfectly nice. She wasn't the one I was talking to. The woman who fit me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, which when dealing with me trying on bras is probably an asset :P
The problem was the cashier. She wasn't rude and was just very matter-of-fact about it, but it still surprised me.
Maybe I should get my $3 back.
