Weird in between sizes...
Does this happen to you, that when you fluctuate a bit in weight (I don't mean like going up or down full cup or band sizes) that your bras that used to fit 2-3 weeks ago suddenly don't do their job?
Its so odd recently almost every bra I put on is different. I quad out of my beloved 32K Lacey bras. Bravissimo Arla which used to hurt me really bad now does okay with an expender. 30K Freya bra fits size wise but boy is it a weak bra overall. Some Elomis fit me again but the bands feel unsupportive when on other bras the bands suddenly feel so tight I need an extender! When I tried a 34K bra it felt too loose when some 32Ks felt too tight however one Freya fits me well in 30K - makes no sense at all! My sports bra which was fine suddenly hurt me so bad I had to rip it off and lie down without a bra to recover.
Okay this could be just inconsitent sizing - but many of these bras worked fine a few weeks ago, now I'm getting neck pain from lack of support or wire pain - where I need to rip off the bra as soon as possible!
I try to loose weight currently but it doesn't work at all. My body does rebell against it and even does the opposite
Maybe I need to order some new bras and my old ones that are not supportive are just worn out.

It depends, I think my boobs are filling out more on top, but i'm not really growing wider, lol.
Plus, when I gain weight, it's going mostly to my butt and my tummy. I know I gain weight in my boobs too, but not as dramatically, I guess.
I should be going up cup sizes, but I'm still wearing the same size in my Comexim padded plunges - I wonder if I just had stretched them out, or they just contain all the extra boobage somehow, lol.
Cause when I did all my measurements, the last I lost weight, I mostly lost weight in my butt & tummy.
I have fluctuations caused by inflammation from food allergies/sensitivities, salt intake and other things. It can be enough to make my well fitting bras feel like torture devices on a bad day. Also another thing for me is, I’m in my 40’s. And I think I’m premenopausal, so my body fat distribution is changing, also causing some fit issues here n there. If your bra’s aren’t working for your body now, definitely invest in at least one well fitting bra to get you by.
