What is the correct conversion from UK sizing to Gorsenia (Polish) sizing? I ordered from 2 different sellers who "helpfully" converted to UK sizing and they both did it differently. I ordered a 44E and received 100E from one seller. Then I ordered 44F and received 100G from that seller. Which one is correct? Or is neither correct?

  • Hmm, I stole a quote from another person and I posted it on this forum re: Gorsenia. https://www.reddit.com/r/PolishBras/comments/qy1dxt/info_re_ewa_michalak_lupoline_gorsenia_avocado/

She wrote, " Gorsenia. Ah, my hot and cold love affair. Most of their unlined bras fit 1 cup larger, a good amount 2 cups larger, a small amount true to size. I suggest avoiding their earlier models (numbers below 200). So far I have discovered roughly 3 subtypes to their current unlined bras - very rounded and overall deep, more likely to fit 2 cups large (i.e. Eva, Evita); extremely roomy at the wire but not quite as forward projecting, almost a little flattened, quite effective minimizers if your breasts don't necessarily need as much forward projection and are happy with depth elsewhere (i.e. Simena); the most populous type is a more classically projected bra with a somewhat more pointed shape and smaller but still adequate room around the wire (i.e. Paradise). The third type has the most variation in the shape in the upper section and is the least likely to fit 2 cups large (first is the most likely), and the one with most of the true to size outliers. Gorsenia likes to have fun with their designs, and they're cheap. Minus - in addition to somewhat unreliable cup sizing their bands can run snug but sometimes can stretch out fast. The fabric can on occasion look cheap. So... Gorsenia is an experiment that can pay off very well, but not on the first.. or second... try."

  • Gorsenia sizing follows standard EU sizing so 100E would be 44DD and 100G would be 44F. Looks like the second one is correct but the first one is 1 cup size off? 44E should convert to 100F.

    UK cups: A B C D DD E F
    EU cups: A B C D E F G

These are the direct size conversions but I'd also keep in mind that unlined Gorsenia bras generally run large in the cup.
