Constantly in pain due to breast size, nothing fits, nothing is helping, and I'm losing my mind lol
Size wise I'm at the point where not wearing a bra causes severe pain but wearing one just redistributes the weight into even more painful areas. I'm not really sure which sizes to try anymore because 34HH seems like it fits too small but then sister sizing to 32J also seems too big in the cups. I don't live near any bra fitters, I can't afford to keep trying on then returning, or more often than not being able to return bras due to health issues. I feel trapped in my own body because it feels like no matter what I try to do, they're not supported enough and I'm constantly in pain. It wouldn't be bad if the bras I was trying on at least helped but it's getting to the point where it's barely making a difference. if it helps my measurements are:
Standing: 42in
Leaning: 45in
Lying: 44in
Snug: 30in
Tight: 29in
Loose: 32in
I'm no longer getting any size or style recommendations so the recommendations are no longer helpful.

i know this is going to seem weird but i have a reason, but what is your Skeletal Waist Measurement (bend to the side, and where your body creases is typically your true waist, most the time it is above the belly button directly under the ribs) And High Hip Measurement (about 4 inches below belly button)?
You seemed to have done well with the Comexim bra, def go to their website and order directly from them, you can even get alterations if you want. But I definitely think you gotta go Ewa Michalak. Just google Ewa Michalak bras. Go to her website and just look at the size of breasts they cater to. Her whole brand is for very big busted - especially small band large bust - women. Sooooooo many times I have seen women go from dreading wearing a bra to finally being happy they have one to take the load off. You can get her to alteration alot of the time too, like making bras long line. I also recommend going to the Search Listings area and searching via your measurements and then you can buy stuff cheapers and second hand right off of here.
Nessa might be another brand, although it's my understanding their wires are a bit wider than Ewas.
Also, their fabrics are a bit cheaper, hence the lower price point, but they do have some beautiful designs on their website. https://nessa.com.pl/biustonosze
You can get them on BraStop https://www.brastop.com/collections/nessa-lingerie
