Pendulous.
She looks like she's projected to me. Especially when you compare in bra photos to out of bra photos. At least, it reminds me of the shape I get out of a bra (only her breasts are definitely smaller :P)
She seems to have a short, widish root and her breasts are close-set but not extremely so. I'm no expert though, I have enough trouble identifying features of my own breasts.
It's really hard to tell much about breast consistency and shape in a bra from out of a bra. I look flat & terrible (my personal opinion) out of a bra, but I have a lot of fullness in a bra. My root just plain isn't big enough to hold up my breasts. To me, it looks like Uma Thurman's breasts are more deflated/empty than Salma Hayek's, but it's kind of hard to tell.
Deflated & projected breasts act quite similar out of bras, but very differently in bras.
... I feel like I'm rambling here.
