Has anyone else been "cut off" from HerRoom?

I placed an order last week for 2 bras, the first order I've placed there since 2019. I then noticed an email stating my return rate is higher than 99% so if I want my order, I need to speak to a bra fit expert, and that "
We certainly would wish to keep you as a customer, but need to better understand why we cannot satisfy you with our product/services/policies.". I replied thatI WOULD like to speak to someone to help me out and also included some of my frustrations and issues with bra fitting.

I then received an email this morning stating that they cancelled my order because they couldn't get a hold of me. I replied that I did respond. So thinking that maybe they weren't seeing my replies, I went to their site and sent an email. The response stated "
We need to maintain profitability. Your behavior simply is not profitable for us." And "We would like to encourage you to find another lingerie resource. We will not longer be servicing your orders."

I replied ..."The fact you don't want me as a customer because I'm not profitable...I appreciate the honesty. However, I think that the offer for bra fitting help should have been upheld."

So I'm just wondering if I'm the only one?

  • Wow! I never heard of such thing!

  • Me neither! I was shocked, as I was unaware there was any kind of issue. I always returned bras immediately in new condition, all refunds given without question. She did say that many online retailers are doing the same thing now.

I still think it's garbage how I was told they would like to keep me as a customer and offered bra fitting help, then after I responded, it was like I didn't exist anymore. RUDE.
