I'm thinking of ordering Comexim, and I'd like to know the spacing between the hook centers for 3-hook Comexim bras. Is it 3/4 inch(19 mm) between hook centers?

Yes, on my most recent 3-hook Comexim purchase it measures 3/4 inch from the center of one hook to the center of the hook next to it.
