Am I an orange?
I'm confused. The only bras where I've filled the cups and not died have still felt really really tight.
A couple of them may be too small in the cup and/or band due to slight overspill.( Elle Macpherson Intimates Cloud Swing Underwire Bra (E76-835) 32G Elle Macpherson Intimates Gentle Jade Underwired Bra (E76-924) 34 FF) The third one has wires ending in the next room. It looks a little funny. (Curvy Kate Princess (CK6001) 30H) I've also had decent luck with one balcony from Fantasie, but it ends up pinching me on the outer sides of the breasts so I ordered it one and two sizes up. It's like I have empty bags attached to my chest even after s&s. (Fantasie Celia Balcony Bra (2871) 32FF, 32G+GG) I've also tried going up in the band to 75 which was much too big even though the cups were so small I felt like I couldn't breath (G/F + F/E in Abecita, I'll add the brand here before returning them.) I'm definitely FOT and shallow and probably have a wide root. I'm almost out of options in my country, so I would want to understand this.
The thing I notice with the 32G and the 30H that makes me not disregard them is that they make me straighten my back and even curve backwards, my shoulders roll back and my pelvis tilts - all those things that constitutes a good posture. (And i can do jazz-hands.) Is this the sign of a good fit or is it that my body wants to escape or something? Where do I go next?

Fantasie runs slightly narrowish (not really but on the narrower side). CK runs really wide. So, calibrating your aim, I'd say try Freya or Debenhams. I don't know Elle McP but you might find info here.
Aha, I thought Freya was narrower than Fantasie, so I have avoided it. Those are quite available here! I have never seen Debenhams though.
