I’m still trying to figure out my current Comexim size. Any help would be much appreciated! 
I just recieved the Lilou bra directly from Comexim in an 85F. The band is a bit too tight for me and the cup width is a little too narrow. I have two 38F Comexim bras from Breakout Bras that fit perfectly though. Should I try an 85G, a 90F, or a 90G from Comexim? I don’t get any quadding/overflow from the 85F, but the cups are a half inch narrower than my 38F Breakout Bra Comexims (I have the Topaz and the Lavender from them). Thanks!

I've used the chart on the Breakout bras website, and it works well for me, but your mileage may very!
aka, going up one cup UK for a "cleavage boost" and going up 2 cups UK for a more technical fit. I cut and pasted the chart on Breakout Bras on this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/PolishBras/comments/z9tyn4/is_the_comexim_app_down/
Then you can just use the size chart to convert Breakout Bras size to Comexim size,
some comexim bras are tighter than the others in the band. I've pretty much been happy with all of the bands that I've ordered though.
