How to recognize immediate projection?

I think this is my issue, but I'm fot but all of my breast tissue is at the bottom so I thought since I couldn't see my nipples when I bent over I was just fot.
So since I'm fot but actually fob, I need immediate projection. (From what I'm understanding?)

Are my nipples supposed to be in my bra at the same place it is without a bra? Typically bras move my nipples up 1+ inches than it is naturally.

Like if I have ptosis, should I have ptosis in the bra or should a bra raise my nipples? Sorry, don't know how to phrase this question.

If a bra has enough immediate projection, where should my nipples be placed (I guess this is the best way of asking?)

Boob and body issues because grade 4 ptosis is a boob issue.

Typically I bend over to put my bra on and jiggle my breasts to the center, but again, this raises my nipples causing the top of my breasts to be even more shallow. Should someone fob do this or should we stand up to put out bras on? Or does it matter since bras with immediate projection would suck up the breast tissue before the other less deep places in the bra would just be getting the leftover tissue?

I'm probably making this question harder than it has to be. I'm just not sure if how to phrase it.

  • I made this collage. ❌ = Not immediate
    ✔️= Immediate

Is this right as far as looking at a bra to see if it has immediate projection goes?
To me I'd guess BM has the most immediate projection then chp and then the s then SF?
