Giveaways are not covered anymore!
So just that everyone knows, the listings site still states that: " We will cover for the shipping costs for Give away and Exchanges (They are a double give away anyway)" but it is not the case anymore. I got nothing on my last giveaway!
I have some bras that I don't want to donate because they are rare larger cup size and doubt the right buyer will find them at the thrift store to pick them up before they land in a landfill. Therefore I do giveaways here.
I shipped a bra as a giveaway in mid december, contacted Bratabase 3 times about the costs already. The buyer has received the bra, confirmed and even added a review!!!
What else do they expect ?! Like just say you don't pay anything... then I don't do giveaways!!!
I will not do giveaways anymore. I can't out 15$ when I could just donate it for 0$. I will make my bras a very small price here even if I would give it away otherwise and ask people to pay shipping. Or list elsewhere.
Just getting this out here so other users know it is not like it used to be!

I am sorry it took me a while to reply to your messages, these holidays week have been hectic as I'm sure have been for lots of others, so I didn't have time to get back to you and cover those costs. I will get back to checking the track of emails I have next week when I'm back home.
I apologize for the long delay, it was a hectic month. I may do another more official announcement if coverage changes as my personal situation has also changed.
Oh, that's a really good idea b/c I don't think that (*for rare sizes) they will go to the right person through a thrift store.
