Aug 19, 2013 Goddess mail order
A week ago today I made my 1st and maybe last mail order bra purchase. 7 days ago I sent a money order for $38.55 from where I live in California to @ aBra4Me in Clarkston Michigan by US mail for a long lusted over@ Goddess "Banded Rose bra (6080).
I would have bought one over a year ago but I can't find any place in my area that sells@ Goddess. So when I saw a (6080) at 20% off, in my size on @ aBra4Me.com I broke down and ordered it by mail order. ( I like to be able to hold what I might buy before I buy it, and sending checks or cash is too risky) by money order which I thought was pretty safe to send by mail.( I have no credit card or PayPal account)
So today I get a email from @aBra4Me asking if I sent them the $38.55 yet because they haven't recieved it and wondered what's the hold up. So now it seems my $38.55 is lost and may never turn up. I have the purchasers copy so it should be no problem you would think. But what it tells me is , I would have to send them a $18.00 fee that is non-refundable and must wait 2 months before I can even send that in for a new money order for $38.55 to be re-issued. So now my 20% off ends up being a $56.55 bra (over plus 20% more) and I have to wait 2 months to re-order and it probably will be sold out of my size by then or something stupid.

If you have a bank account, PayPal is free to use to send money. Obviously it might not be right for you, but I feel it is MUCH more secure than sending payments through the mail. PayPal has a buyer protection policy and everything, meaning that if someone didn't send you your item, you could potentially get your money back. It's also a ton faster because you don't have to wait for the vendor to receive your payment. Just something to think about. :)
@shayelea , Great advice but unfortunately I don't have a bank account .I had to close it a while back because of these new service charges they inflicted on me I couldn't afford . So I closed it. :( Money sucks!
