Today I decided to take the Cleo Lucy (5851) out for a spin. I came down the stairs, my husband looked right at my chest, and grinned. I grinned too and started babbling about how fascinating all this is and how really I'm wearing either the same sized cup I was wearing before or just one cup size bigger, but having the band fit made all the difference. Same breasts, different bra, WOWZA!
I had a doctor's appointment this morning. Things went fine, it was just a check-in type thing, and at the end he kind of hemmed and hawed and asked if I had any new surgeries to report. Uhhhh...no? Then I caught him "reading my t-shirt". Holy smokes! He thought I had a breast augmentation!
Since we have "that" kind of relationship I quickly sketched out the whole ABTF concept, and being the physics geek that I am I got a little too "into" the explanation. In any case, he got a good laugh, as did I, and I think I made his morning.
Meanwhile Lucy and I went to Target, where their "A Bra That Fits" campaign made me laugh. "A bra that fits...provided you actually measure and fit into a 32-40ish AA-DDD," at least based on what I saw there today.
Oh well. Lucy and I will be just fine, thank you very much!
