Asos hates HH??
So after reading about devilangel's score on Asos, went to see if I could get lucky myself.
Browsing through Panache's offerings, pist-mist started to form around me as I realized:
- Asos says Cleo and Panache are D-H (boo)
- but they actually stock cups up to J (yaaay)
- but they seemed to have missed HH letters in all bandsizes???
Seriously, every other letter and double letter is there except HH.
- this of course doesn't apply to 28 bands - they only stock them up to G?!
Wtf Asos?!
So I emailed their customer service asking if this is some sort of mistake,
And this is what I got (cudos for prompt reply)
"Thanks for getting in touch regarding the Cleo by Panache range.
I've had a look at a few of the bra's and can see your size isn't listed as available. I'm sorry to say, this is correct. If the size is not listed as available, we don't have it for sale.

Haha good answer, if its not on the shelf we havnt got any, and you then look at yourself & say "is it me"?
I doubt the person who answered actually understood what you were asking. They don't bother actually answering the question, no matter how specific and detailed you get in your question.
I'm going to look in my email to see if I kept their equally-useless response to my question about US/UK sizing in bras. I think I deleted it, though.
