Conical breasts

Does anyone have any recommendations for unpadded bras that might work for conical breasts? I'm aware that they're not usually compatible, but I really would love to be able to wear them. I tried the Fauve Brianna Underwire Plunge Half Cup (0031) in 28DD but didn't have any luck. It was a little small (or maybe shallow?), and they still looked kind of pointy, especially under a shirt. I'm in the 28DD/30D range and I don't think I'm shallow. Thanks for any suggestions!

Oh, and one more question. How much does the leaning measurement overestimate with conical breasts? I measure as a 28F, which is 2 cup sizes bigger than what has worked for me so far, except in the unlined Brianna. Is that typical or is it easy for padded/molded cups to hide a too-small fit on conical breasts?

  • Marcie! Try it in 28E. Conical leaning does tend to overestimate, in some people's experience.

  • Anything with vertical seams? The Fauve Chloe Vertical Seam Bra (0311) , Chantelle 's vertical seam cups, and the Masquerade Orla Non Padded Balconnet Bra (7031) .
