I've been on bio identical hormones for about 3 years. I used to be a 36E but I swear my boobs have grown and now I need an F or larger. Is this my imagination?

Not at all weird. Boobs change size regularly, even without the assistance of added hormones. Hormones changes by shape (FoT to mildly FoB), I'm sure it can change size.
