How to get rid of back fat and increase your cup size in only 15 seconds
This is an easy exercise you can do anywhere, anytime. The only equipment you need is a mirror.
Step 1: Raise your shoulders. Try to get them as close to your ears as possible.
Step 2: Keep your shoulders up and now, move them back as far as you can.
Step 3: Keep your shoulders back and lower them down as far as possible. Think that you're trying to put your shoulder blades into your back pockets
Step 4: Keep this posture. Now check the mirror: you should have much less, if any, rolls of fat above/below your bra band. Check your boobs too. Are they spilling over the cups of your bra? Go find a bigger bra then, because this is what your posture should be.
