I have a weird habit concerning my favourite and best-fitting bras. Namely, I won't use them. Yup, I know it's totally freaky and plain stupid at times, but I seem to have this feeling that I have to spare that super-wonderful bra for the future, since I'll never find another bra that is as good.
Hmm, yeah... Now, Ewa Michalak keeps pushing out one gorgeous style after another, and since her styles are pretty consistent in construction, I can always get another divine CHP or smashing PL. So why do I shy from wearing my CHP Cappucino? Or, say, Freya Lacey? Come on, it's a continuity range, for goodness' sake! If it breaks, buy a new one, dummy. I'd understand if all these bras were in the price range £70+, but since they're not, WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?!

Ugh, I totally understand!! If I had a bunch of bras and could affort to do the same, I think I would, too!
But alas, I 'only' have 6 okay fitting bras in my drawer right now, so I have to circulate all of them 1 day at a time to get the most life out of them... I'm carefully handwashing them too now that 5 of them are new too! (yea, I threw out all the rest when those arrived, though they are still in the back of the closet...)
I totally know the feeling. I have several dresses I love and have spared. If I feel some style is very very valuable I buy two or even more of it.
I think it also comes down to us being used to "needing a lot of options". I don't think we do, I think we are just used to think in that way instead of having good quality.
