Entirely confused by Comexim
Somebody help me, please!
This week I received the exchange from Comexim, after the Otylia had failed on me in 65M.

At that time I figured that exchanging it for a 65L with lowered cup-height would solve my problems.
But the 65L neither fits me nor has a lower cup-height, even though I requested that specifically not only on the exchange form but also in an e-mail.

This bra goes back to Poland, that much I know.
But I'm completely baffled by the shape mismatch. I have no clue what this bra could want in a pair of boobs
to fit it. I don't understand why the fit is so bad because the Juliette in the same size fits me much better (It's not perfect, but it's a keeper!). It reminds me of the 55JJ - Ewa Michalak ยป Pl Onyks (196), except the cups and the band aren't too small.
Could somebody please explain to me what went wrong here and maybe suggest other bras that might fit me?
I would really like a black bra.
My breast shrank a little recently and I've come to prefer 30 bands, so I'd say I'm roughly a 30HH.
My Cleo Lucy in 28J /with the center gore taken in the slightest bit) fits me again, Bravissimo Alana in the same size doesn't.
Thank you.

Do you ask for that in Polish? Comexim tends to respond better to emails that are translated into Polish. If you know Spanish, that could also work better because I believe the lady who does the e-mails in fluent in Spanish.
Either way, the 65L looks too big by about 1.5 to 2 cup sizes. Perhaps a 65K or 65J would be even better?
I can't size down, I get quadboob when I push the gore flat.
I have this theory that I could maybe wear a smaller cupsize and not have the cups reach up to my collarbones if bras in smaller sizes had enough immediate depth. Do you know any bra that could maybe help me test that theory?
I did ask in Polish. One of the lovely members here translated it for me, so it was even proper Polish and not some Google Translate gibberish.
