Braologie Bracie
Today I finally received my Bracie. When there was a special offer last month to get the Bracie for 25$ and free shipping I took the chance to get myself one. It took about a month from Hong Kong to get here.
Anyway... I am just randomly going to write down my first impression, since I am not sure yet what to think of it.
I got a black one in size 3. Size 3 is made for a 30''-33'' ribcage. ( I measure about 32'' underbust, so it had to be that size) The band size is spot on, I tried it on with an extender and it lost some of it's support so it has to fit tight.
I am not sure if it's supposed to look like it looks on me... I even feared that it's not made with boobs my size in mind. I will try to add some pictures later.
Positive:
It makes that annoying fat roll I usually have under my bra band go away!
It adds some support
It pushes boobs a bit up and more to the centre
Negative:
The straps are very short, they are just okay, but I couldn't adjust them any longer, if needed.
The straps cut into my arms since they are too far apart
The band rolls up and digs in ← this is the worst
Not sure about what it does for posture yet, I just wore it for about an hour. I tried it on with the Panache Ariza Balconnet Bra (5051) and I felt like I couldn't breathe. Then I tried it with my 75M - Comexim » Basic (170) and it felt better. It gives me a even more projected uplifted look.
What were your experiences with the Bracie? Did it work for you?

I got mine today too. So far I think I like it but it's only been on for around ten minutes.
These support vests are actually not supposed to be worn too tight. Here's a snippet from an email conversation I had with Kate from the Braologie staff:
"As for the mini vest, indeed it stretches more than the bra but we also want to inform our customers that there is no necessity to wear the mini vest too tight. Although the band is very stretchy and able to wear in the tightest hooks, it can affect the posture correcting effects by wearing it too tight. If the mini vest is worn too tight, your body will be constrained and will not be able to stand up straightly. We also want to remind you to do the swoop and scoop after you put on the bra and again after putting on the mini vest. [...]"
As for the straps, from what I understood, there are two reasons they are placed so widely: the first one to remind and even force you to keep your shoulders back, part of the posture control thing. The second reason is to not have them interfere with the bra straps. I personally found the straps bothersome too. Okay for when I'm just walking around and not really doing anything, but very inconvenient when performing even simple work or household tasks.
