I know Victoria's Secret gets a lot of hate, and rightly so, for their limited size range and completely absurd sizing guidelines, not to mention their contributions to body dysmophia, but I think they also do a lot of things better than most of the full bust brands. I haven't worn a Victoria's Secret bra (other than a sports bra) in years, but wouldn't it be nice if everyone else followed their lead on...
Offering nearly every model in multiple colors?
Offering underwear options in different styles?
Selling the underwear at a reasonable and affordable price?
Offering multiple coordinating styles in the same line?
Keeping the sizing consistent from style to style and year to year?
Having responsive customer service and a "the customer is (almost) always right" attitide?
Selling in brick and mortar stores all over the place?
Those are pretty much the cardinal rules of retail business--variety, quality, reliability, affordability, responsiblity, accessibility. For the majority of women, they nail it on every one. I'd love love love to buy good supportive, well fitting bras from them. Or for everyone else to just be better at business (i.e., copy them).
They're by far the most popular and successful lingerie company in the U.S., so I don't understand why others don't do the same. I was triggered to write this because, while brass are out of the question, that's still where I get most of my underwear and a fair amount of my clothes, and I'll be ordering from them today or tomorrow despite the fact that I hate that they've decided my bra size is too freakish to carry. But until someone else steps up, they're getting my business.

I agree. They've also got some features that are hard to beat too. No other brand has such comfy wires and hardware. I've tried a couple of convertibles in other brands and VS has smooth non-pinching hardware that beats anyone else I've tried hands down. I'm just bummed that I don't fit into their size range.... :-(
I don't know about the "customer is always right" attitude. They definitely steamroll you when it comes to putting you into wrongly-sized bras. They can be right there with you in the fitting room and you can show them what's wrong with the fit and they frequently tell you that "it's fine" and you're just not used to it because your other bras didn't fit right.
