Looking for a sports bra

I am searching for a decent sports bra since a while. I gave up temporarily because the bras I tried were all failures. I don't really want to do high impact activity but I thought it would be good to own a sports bra just in case. I want to have options for light activity.

What I tried:
32K - Freya Active » Underwired Sports Bra (4002): failure. didn't work, wires much too wide, gore floats, bad shape
34K - Royce » Impact Free (S925): okay-ish but didn't do much, was more boob coverage than anything else. Band was too difficult too fasten on my own, straps didn't adjust short enough.
2 - Enell » Sports (100) : It was much too small in the cups. The band didn't sat under my boobs but on them. It was quite comfortable apart from that (fabric). There isn't a size available that fits my measurements so I would have to place a custom order. I think, that a custom made Enell could be my best bet? (ping Ereshiy, Vee )

Also I kinda prefer a non wired bra. The Freya didn't do much for me. The wires were too weak.
There are options that go up to H or HH cup but not in my band size. I kinda liked the Shock Absorber when I still could squeeze my boobs into it. Oh and has someone ever altered a band down on a sports bra? Does that work?

  • If the Elomi Energise came in a size larger than 34J, I would suggest you try that out simply because it's another option.

  • Oh I totally forgot about that one! If it runs generous I could maybe try a 34J... I have an Elomi Caitlyn in 34J that I find slightly big in the cups. Elomi wires are much too wide on me usually but I wouldn't mind in a sports bra, I think.
