boob migration downward?

is that possible? my breasts are small (32D) and shallow but pretty well formed with very little sagging imo. as far as I can tell there is no migration into my armpits (scoop and swoop doesn't do much), but if I bend over I think I feel some tissue on my rib cage well below where my band sits. This could be normal body fat...but I'm fairly thin and I don't feel the same thing one inch further down. It feels a lot like the tissue above my breasts that people describe as a sign of "shallow boob." Anyone else experience this?

  • Yes, I do, to some extent. After stubbornly swooping it it has lessened though, so I'm assuming I've forced some of it back. I had that even when I was super-fit (which I am not now, within normal weight range though) so I know it's not just body fat, it must be boob fat.

  • Sounds like it could happen! Maybe swooping that in daily and wearing longlines to keep it in? :) It sounds like it would be more likely if you go braless a lot- gravity pushing it down rather than poorly fitting bras pushing it sideways
