no more lined/padded bras

One of the things I hated, when I was wearing the (oh so wrong) size, was having to wear padded/lined/moulded cups because apparently everyone in the A-D matrix wants foam cups and finding anything else was next to impossible.

Then I found out my real size, and went a bit crazy on unlined bras, because at last, I can just let my boobs be the size they are! But I also discovered I really, really like the look of half-cups. The majority of which are padded or lined. Oh, the irony.

I have 2 now -- the @ewa michalak chp milady, the Avocado Camelia (S174F) (and a Masquerade Delphi (6411) on its way). The're both beautiful bras, off and on, but ... I don't really like wearing them. There's just too much heft to them.

So that's it. I'm calling it: no more lined cups for me. No matter how pretty they look on the page, or on other people. They just don't suit my shape. I'm keeping my lovelies for those days when I need some va-va-voom or when I need to look even, but they'll be special occasion only bras from now on.

(This is possibly a decision that, staring down the barrel of winter, will leave me kinda cold for the next few months...)

  • ...aaaand the very next thing I did, after hitting 'share', was to eyeball the Masquerade Capella (6426) currently in the listings. It's not even my size!

I think I need an intervention.
